Lately I have seen many poor quality inventory reports that simply list down everything in a A4 size paper or take random photographs with no level of details. These poor quality reports can do no good to the landlords if there a dispute during the end of tenancy terms.

If a Property inventory is being carried out then its important that it done to a professional standard otherwise there will be no benefit in getting one done.
